Tarrago Sneakers Paint is a water-based formula acrylic paint specially designed to change the color, personalize or restore your smooth leather, synthetic leather or canvas baskets. High friction resistance in wet and dry conditions. Once completely dry, the paint is completely waterproof. Withstands over 10,000 bends, preventing paint from cracking or peeling when applied correctly. Easy to clean with water and basket cleaner. Easy to mix colors together to create new colors.
How to use:
1. Clean the textile and canvas with the Sneakers Cleaner using the Sneaker Brush or the Shoe Duster.
2. For best painting results, prepare the leather with the Deglazer Leather Preparer, apply it with the Shoe Duster, and let it dry.
3. Before painting, stir the contents with a Brush until you obtain a homogeneous color.
4. Customize, change color or repair:
4.1 Use a sponge to cover larger areas. With a semi-wrung brush, paint a corner of the sponge and gently rub in circular motions over the surface.
4.2 Use a paintbrush for small details or personalization.
4.3 Use an airbrush, read the instructions before using it.
5.Use Neutral Base – 00 to dilute the paint and maintain its properties.
TIP 1: Applications should be very light. It is better to apply several thin coats rather than one thick coat. After the first coat of paint has dried (1-3 minutes), apply a second coat if necessary, repeat process to match all color, until desired finish.
TIP 2: To speed up the painting process between coats, use a hair dryer carefully (minimum distance 30 cm). For optimal drying and better resistance, leave to dry for 12 hours.
6.Once the process is complete, wash the Sponge, Brush or Airbrush with water or a special product to prevent them from drying out.
