FREE SHIPPING:

To qualify for free shipping, your order must have a subtotal of $100.00 or greater and must be shipped to an address located within Canada.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

To qualify for a flat shipping rate, your order must have a subtotal of $99.99 or less. We charge a flat shipping rate to anywhere in Canada. Flat shipping rates for Standard Delivery are:

- $12.00 to anywhere in Canada

SHIPPING:

Orders received on normal working days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays will be shipped within 24 hours. All standard orders are shipped via Canada Post. Canada Post has the following estimated shipping transit times for regular shipping: 2-9 Business days for Canada.

RETURN or EXCHANGE

We accept returns or exchanges provided that we receive your return request within 30 days of your received purchase.

To be accepted for return or exchange, your merchandise must be in the same original purchase condition as you received the product. Merchandise returned to us in used, worn or damaged condition will make your return unacceptable.

How to Return or Exchange an Item?

To make your return or exchange, please e-mail us at info@tarragocanada.com to request a refund or exchange. After our confirmation of a return acceptance you will mail the item to the address indicated by e-mail.

We do not cover the cost of shipping the product back to tarragocanada. These return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
